About The Role:

We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis for our 2026 Test Technician Internship Program that will support our engineering team in conducting specialized equipment testing across various industries. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to critical testing processes. You will have the opportunity to develop technical skills, gain industry insights, and work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, hands-on setting. This will be an onsite opportunity located in Houston, Tx.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to set up and execute tests on a wide range of equipment.
  • Conduct performance and reliability tests for applications in aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, and other industries.
  • Perform pressure, temperature, force, vibration, and other parameter tests to simulate real-world and extreme conditions.
  • Install and operate sensors, hand and power tools, strain gauges, hydraulic circuits, overhead cranes, forklifts, pumps, controllers, and various other equipment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or pursuing an associate’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to follow both oral and written instructions, ensuring safe and efficient work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. regularly.
