About The Role:

We are currently seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Coordinator for our Marketing division. As an active member of the team, you will be a key player in bringing our brand to life through compelling content, engaging campaigns, and impactful digital and print marketing initiatives'. You will have the opportunity to serve as a multi-channel storyteller and deliver consistent high impact messaging across channels.  This is an onsite opportunity located in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, on-brand content for a variety of channels including website copy, social media posts, blogs, brochures, email campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and video scripts.
  • Support social media marketing efforts by developing and scheduling content (text, images, and videos), managing employee advocacy programs, and monitoring analytics to optimize performance.
  • Maintain and update company websites with fresh, optimized content and visuals while tracking performance and reporting insights.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, including logistics, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral development.
  • Provide graphic design support for marketing materials across print and digital platforms.
  • Design impactful presentations, multimedia demonstrations, and engaging photo/video content to support brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for company events, news, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external vendors to create persuasive marketing content, eye-catching designs, and dynamic digital assets.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with a BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience integrating keywords into content marketing strategies (Proficiency in SEMrush and Google Analytics 4 is a plus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic HTML editing for web and email content.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
